Today was my first Locality Board meeting that I have attended. The meeting is held by the housing team and the meeting generally covers all updates and current stats to do with our properties within that locality. It was intersting to see the different areas of the business come together to present their current work and things that have been going on within their department in that locality. I was able to hear about what teams such as the housing team have been busy with their case studies, the lettings team with their current work on allocating people properties, retirment living, the grounds team, the complaits team with the percent of complaints recieved and acknowleged for Q2, and others.
